Basically if you are just selling a property and not buying a replacement this is probably not your best option. Agent charges a reduced commission to list the property but if you’re not buying a home they don’t put in much effort in getting your home sold, basically they will put a sign in your yard , get it on the internet and hope someone sells it. The listing agent told me the are hoping that one of their buyers agents sell it, in 4 months not one of Sunshine’s agents showed the property.Zero communication or direction in helping you get it sold. House on the market over 100 days in Wentzville, not even many showings due to agent overpricing propertyIt’s a great price/commission they charge but I would say you have to price your house low to draw interest, well, I guess you get what you pay for.
