Well we bought our house here 50 days ago to find out that neither this title company nor the lender had set up my home owners insurance. The loan was per approved and vetted a week in advance before I actually sat down and signed anything. Neither "professional" contract writers caught this. I had tried to make a claim and discovered I bought a house with an escrow account and did it without having any insurance on the loan. Not sure if this is legal in fact it is not. When calling them they seamed less then helpful in getting to the bottom of how thus occurs just more interested in pointing fingers. Never returned my calls pertaining to this matter I had to initiate all follow up calls. Also didn't put any payment coupons in the binder yet told me just to pull out the "coupons" to send with my payment. Problem was I had to dig through 300 plus pages of leagal mobo jumbo to find the lenders address and such. Worst experience ever......
