If I could give zero stars I would. Supplemental refused to reimburse me for my physical exam and multiple certifications I acquired while employed with them. On my very last contract with this company, two weeks prior to it ending my mother suffered a stroke and was hospitalized at the hospital I was contracted to work. She was in the ICU and I felt as though I could finish the contract because I was working there.... WRONG. Every page that went over the over head to ICU broke me down. Not knowing if it was my mother who these stat calls were for. I notified my recruiter and was told I didn't have to complete the last two days I had left. Supplemental was trying to not pay me my very last day of work and refused my certification reimbursement. Horrible. What a great way to show ur empathy for a nurse that worked and got GREAT reviews for ur company. I will never return there or refer any of my colleges to supplemental. Period.
