They have messed up my husband’s paycheck repeatedly. They also continue to get his name spelled incorrectly (and it’s not a difficult name to spell) which adds to the disorganization. At first they didn’t have any federal being taken out. When my husband corrected it- his federal would (and still continues) to fluctuate drastically even though he words the same amount of hours at the same pay each week. One week they were off 10.5 hours (overtime included) because they confused him with another person with the same name. If you decide to go through them (which i would not recommend) be sure to pay close attention to your paycheck.
