7-8 months working for this company. Never had a problem until this very day. Management has shifted people around and apparently for the worst. Do not apply here if you are of African descent. They only have 3 companies to work through, all predominantly hispanic. There is no place for a black man with this company. You will be stereotyped and placed in a bad contract having you making a minimum of $2 per hour less than the entry level position pays. The contracted is stipulated for something like 3 months before the company can hire you. If you quit SVS, the company still cannot hire you. It's a very bad practice that forces you to take a wage on par with McDonalds, dealing with employers who deal with "occupational hazard" type of work environments.Avoid Megan as well as she cannot maintain professionalism. She doesn't listen well and her methods of preventing her own termination are concerning. Lindsey is the only bright spot in this company. Deal with her if you must come here, or don't deal with this place at all.
