David Webb is a great guy who worked very hard on my husband's and my return. The owner, however is not such a "great guy". We are receiving a return from the IRS WELL over the amount we owe for a garnishment but he will not allow us to use the balance of our return to pay our preparation fees. David Webb confirmed our return is larger than the garnishment AND the fees but said his hands are tied based on the owner's decision. Very poor customer service on the owner's part and as a result we will not be using this company in the future.
