Worked there for 7 months...The pay was ok...But that crap they teach u in class has absolutely nothing to do with when u hit the floor...I enjoyed my co workers but it was a very unorganized and unprofessional work place...My customers used to always complain about the noise in the background they had a loud ass microphone that they would get on yelling for ppl to get sales for frontier...I could barely hear my customers on the phone...they will harrass u to get sales try to make u feel like crap when u don't get sales and after u make so many sales they will try to accuse u of slamming and cramming ...u will never see any of ur revenue that u made for the company....ALL LIES....Every other day somebody wanted to fight ....the police had to always come out there...It was like going to ghetto high school for a pay check....Oh and don't let me forget how the supervisors would never like to take a sup call...Even though they wouldn't be doing anything but from what I saw half of the supervisors didn't know what tf they was doing...just walking around with a title...smh...I've never worked at a call center that was so unprofessional
