Chris did a great job taking the virus and spyware off my computer. He was patient with me when I had to bring the computer back b/c I didn't understand something, and I was upset that I couldn't figure it out. It was my error, and he showed me a better way to operate the computer. It has been running really well ever since he repaired it. He even added anti-virus software for me. They also offer reasonable prices.

Only went there once to get a small laptop repaired. Person working there was very honest with us about the laptop. He explained it was not going to be worth being repaired that we could buy a refurbished one for less. So that is what we did. It came with a warranty and saved us a few hundred dollars. We really appreciated it! He gave me and my wife a complimentary t-shirt with the company name on it and also an extra battery. Was a great experience!!
