Very poor communication. Client was general mills which has a very high turn over rate for many apparent reasons. Schedualing was always pathetic and would change less than a day in advance leaving no room to schedual a responsible personal life. Quality of work is poor under such a fast pace is moat areas and nearly all the full timers treat temps with little respect. Some good people but few and far between. There are better jobs out there. I was peraonally disappointed but i met a couple people who loved it. Stay open minded and dont expect stability.

Wouldn’t give me a start date for a job they set me up with finally the day came around that they said I might start on so I called them and still didn’t have an answer for me. They kept telling me they would call me back but never did so I found a job elsewhere. Very unproffesional and uninterested in helping. I would recommend any other temp agency in the area before you go to talentforce.

They discriminate against people they don't like..very rude..alot of the full timers treat the Temps with disrespect..It was Talent Force who rudely took me off Facebook..do you call that a PROFESSIONAL WAY OF DOING THINGS????? I tried to tell you several times about what was going on but you chose to take the route you took. .the equipment was down alot and alot of time we were just pushing brooms..alot of US KEPT TELLING YOU ALL THAT BUT YOU WEREN'T LISTENING. .BUT THEY AND YOU CHOSE THE ROUTES. YOU TOOK

I am so thankful for the job I was placed at. They are so friendly and helped me above and beyond what they had to. If you need a job this is your place hands down.LOOK AT THE REVIEWS COMPLETELY YOU PEOPLE ARE RATING THE COMPANY YOU WERE PLACED AT NOT TALENTFORCE. THEY CAN'T FIX THE COMPANIES THEY CAN ONLY HIRE FOR THEM.

This place only has one client and General Mills/Pillsbury is minimum wage and heavy lifting. The people here are cheap "klass" mis-spelled posuers.

I'm on the fence at the moment and will update. Every other temp agency direct deposit was in my account by 2:00am (Friday.) Also I started my job at a pay rate of 1.00$ more / hour than was intended. Spoke to the company talent force has me at and despite several phone calls of me informing them of my position (according to the company they have me at) there has been no contact.Could be a complete mix up at the company and maybe they do direct deposit Friday AM (business hours.)They are very friendly I just fear if my money has been messed up my kids don't eat. Also fear that they have not reached out like they said they would to check my position to adjust pay accordingly. Like I said I will update this after we speak as this is all speculation and could just be done differently and wires got crossed somewhere as far as my pay rate.I brought in a void check directly from my bank from direct deposit so there should be 0 issue with my money landing in a timely manner. Like I said I will update!
