Client Review on Tax Busters

I can not express how utterly disgusted and disappointed I am in the service (or lack there of) and the disrespect my boyfriend and I received by tax busters in Palos Hills. I called over a week ago and made an appointment to get our taxes done and to hear more about them. I spoke with an older man on the phone and he explained what they do there and at NO point did he say they were a “drop off” service. I made an appointment for 5pm on 4/10. We get there and it was apparent that the elderly man who “greeted” us hates his job. He was rude from the very beginning but hey, maybe he was just having a bad day. We sit down with him and ask him who should go first. His response was “you don’t think we are going to do it today do you.” I was like, excuse me? He then tells us that he just looks at them quick and then we leave them there and he “will get to it when I can, and since you were late you will go to the bottom of the pile.” Um we were not late, I had an appointment. But if that is the case, explain it to me when I call and ask about your services. Then to top it off he said “don’t get mad at us.” We were mislead first of all but I can deal with them misinforming me. What I CANNOT deal with is a rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional person. There is a good chance I will report this to the Better Business Bureau. If you need to get your taxes done, do yourself a favor and DO NOT go here.
