I had to consistently follow up with this business after providing the information requested, only to be talked to like a completely new person every time I called in. Either that or I was made to felt that I was disturbing "a meeting he was currently having with a client." Hudson seemed to forget I even existed. I'm not sure if its industry practice for potential clients to have to continually follow up on the status of the documents that were requested of them but he definitely showed that I was not a priority. After the continued soft calls, we finally set a time to discuss the forms but when that time came, he was no where to hear from. I emailed him almost an hour later only to find out he was waiting for my call?!? I'm not pleased with the service at all or should I say lack thereof. I give two stars because at the minimum he was able to provide me with a referral for another service I was looking for, although after many calls and "re-introductions."
