Paid her to do our taxes. She never did them. She even said she was filing an extension also was never done. Had to get all new documents and go back to our old accountant which we should have never left in the first place. Everyone call your bank and dispute the charge. Heard people are getting there money back that way. Just did it yesterday so waiting to hear back from the bank.

She was raided by the IRS and all of the documents have been confiscated. Anyone waiting should contact a new firm to handle the rest of their tax returns.

Yes took my money too, haven't been able to contact anyone in over 3 weeks? Were extensions filed? Regardless of what may or may not happened you don t ghost your customers!

The raid is not a rumor. You can contact the Broward Sheriff's office to confirm. I don't think you'll get your documents back. I'm in the same boat. I'm giving 3 stars, here, because I had a good experience with her last year. I don't have details, so I can't draw a conclusion about what she has or hasn't done that's led to the raid.

Deni has been my accountant since 1998. Never have I had a problem. I spoke with the office 2 months ago and haven't heard back since. I hope all is okay with her, she will get them done, if so. I know she is shorthanded in staff and probably overwhelmed. SHE IS NOT a thief, perhaps she is working at home with no staff at her office? If everything is okay with her, she will get them done. Rumor has it, FBI raided. But it's nowhere in the news or public documents so I'm thinking it's made up.

The Best...even though the IRS did confiscate her records they found NOTHING and all of my stuff was handled. I've been dealing with her since 1990 and have ultimate faith in her knowledge and work.
