Overall Feedback:

Used Tax Prep Boston for 3 years until this year. they filed late and did not inform me of changes to quarterly filing laws. Due to this I was assessed hefty tax fines and threats of levy against my property. To make matters worse they have ignored 5 emails and multiple voicemails leaving me with no answers of how to proceed. Now I will have to pay another accountant to fix their errors.
