I will start by saying Angelo is professional and a pleasure. I went to him last year for taxes and this year and next year I will be back. I would give this establishment 5 stars if it wasn't for the rudest receptionist I ever met. Her name is "Lowe" I saw her be rude face to face with a man who was only asking simple questions, looking for simple answers. I then witness her be rude over the phone to a customer and after the phone conversation she said rude remarks to a coworker about the woman she was speaking to on the phone. That is seriously unprofessional. Then she tried her rudeness with me. I was completely offended by her tone and body language. I told the woman she could exuse her self out the room because she was so unpleasant and making me uncomfortable. She has no business in customer service and she can learn from her boss and co workers who were very polite and friendly. They are the only reason I will come back next year. But warning to new clients don't get in that receptionist's (Lowe) path.
