I am not pleased with the vibe I got from this place. Came in months ago seeking professional advice and help talked with Ross maybe 5 mins. I am just starting out with my business but he told me to just email him my bank statements in the new year and that that was it lol. No explanation to help me understand what was needed of me as a new business owner...I think ok well maybe since its not even tax time they want me to call back when its time for taxes. fast forward to 2016 I call to make an appointment so i can sit down and talk and actually go through all of my stuff... and the lady on the phone says oh ill have ross contact you... No response, no email telling me what I need to bring in to the office. I feel kind of brushed off I will be searching for someone else who is more welcoming and helpful to prepare my taxes for my business!
