This Company was recommended by a client of my wife. Upon entering office we was greeted by a smiling Secretary. Waited for a bout 5-10 minutes for Mark (EA). He asked us questions for about 30 minutes.He told us to com back about 25 minutes so he can work on completing our tax return.After we got back and discussed guesstimated tax liability.(I said guesstimate because we were missing a couple of information). Mark handed us an invoice. We then asked if we could pay upon picking up our completed paperwork and he,s response was yes. When we were leaving his Secretary demanded us to pay up or else we can not exit the office. We were treated UNPROFESSIONALLY.We would not recommend this company to anybody. I repeat do not deal with this company.
