Loved this company for a LONG time until they did not send in my refund after I paid. I reminded them to send it in and we agreed that it would be fair to reimburse me..after calling a couple times it’s clear that they had no intentions on sending me reimbursement check. Shady business.

I went to them back in February and did my taxes. I later got a letter from the state saying they never got my 1095a form (health insurance form). I called my insurance agency and had that resent to me and took it to taxpayers choice. It has been over a month and i haven't got my tax money or a call from them since i dropped the form off. I have called twice (once thos week and once last week) and got a "we will have someone call you back," both times (which they have yet to do.) Tomorrow i am going there in person to get thos fixed.
