Client Review on Corporate Tax

I have been using this company for the last 8 years. The first 6 years, I had a lady named Fran do my taxes. She always had it done when she said she would and I never had any problems. Well.....The last 2 years have been a bad experience because Fran retired. A new lady took over the bussiness...June - who is unreliable. Last year June told me my taxes will be done in 2 weeks. It took her a little over a month to complete.This year, June said it will be done in 2 weeks, it’s been almost a month and she keeps delaying it. She keeps saying, it will be done but everytime I call to see if its ready, she has excuse after excuse. I am sick of her lying and I asked her to not do them. She was going to charge me $800. I will never recommend this company because of June. Its a shame because Ive been a loyal customer.
