I love going to Taylor Auction Company. I urge all my dealers and colleagues to visit because you can get some great deals there. Oppie is a fun and professional Auctioneer, I just met him a few months ago but he really knows his stuff! There staff is really helpful with loading big heavy items and they have concessions with food and drinks. I recommend at least going there and checking it out! Taylor is a great place for antiques, good local beer and good bbq!

Great auction.good prices and sale is paced at a great speed. Friendly staff always willing to help load or move a item up if you need to leave early. Have been to 7 sales and will continue to go. Thx Opie

If you have a large estate to dispose of, this is the way to do it! Our parents had lived in a house for over 50 years and had quite a collection. Estate Sellers were not interested because there was so much stuff and, it would have been "labor intensive". Opie and Taylor Auction House to the rescue! For 35% commission, they came to the house and loaded up, not all...but the majority of stuff from the house. True professionals in their packing, taking care of each piece as not to damage or break. A couple of weeks later they held the auction at their nice place in Taylor, Texas. The auction went on for 5 hours (amazingly too, Opie, owner and auctioneer, did too). Sure...there were things we felt should have brought more money but, then there were so many things that DID, that we were surprised about. In the end...it all worked out "in the wash" as one would say.! Best of all, as Opie assured us, it was ALL sold!This was also a quick way to clean out a house. It sure beat the idea of spending days to prepare for and have an estate sale.
