Enjoyed working as a sub a lot going around to different schools and picking my own schedule. The flexibility was great and the pay is good but as an employee ypur not valued and if you become sick no matter how sick you are (even hospitalized) if you dont tell them at 6:15 on the dot you are written up regardless. They are quick to write you up on minor things otherwose I enjoyed working with them.
