This company just replaced sidewalks on 10th St., in Traverse City and they went above and beyond. The city sent a letter to homeowners informing them that any damage to irrigation systems during the replacement would not be repaired by the contractor and would be the responsibility of the homeowner. These guys saw me assessing some of the damage and immediately came over to repair it. When I asked about what the letter said, they told me, "that's not who we are, if we break it, we fix it!" These guys rock!
