Was satisfied w/them at first because they got me gigs immediately until they disappeared on me. A lot of miscommunication which turned into in a bad relationship w/my supervisor at a major gig. She thought I was 1 hour late (agency told me to report at wrong time) so she became passive aggressive and didn't give me a full orientation or introduce me to anyone except one trainer. This domino-ed into many minor incidents resulting in months of isolation at work - quite a depressing experience, actually. Went through 4 reps/recruiters in 6 months (they all left the company) w/no communication about reps leaving. So urgent emails/phone calls would go to a rep who was no longer there and I guess the main person there, Karla, would call barking why I didn't contact anyone. Just really mismanaged place.

I went through TeamOne to find a job once I moved out to Los Angeles. Within the time that I contacted them, they found me a job and get me an interview that following Monday. I was working with a high-end company by that Wednesday. Amy, the associate recruiter, is great to work with and she always makes me feel comfortable asking questions and I always feel as though my needs are a priority for her. This agency is definitely someone that I love working with and I highly suggest TeamOne to anyone looking for a great job.

I have my own business and I needed someone to help do the books in preparation for taxes. I called this company and they had a part-time bookkeeper. It was perfect. No commitments and I did not have to do all the paperwork to become an employer – I just paid the simple hourly rate.
