The staff at TeamLogicIT is nothing but friendly and professional and are able to resolve your issue in a timely manner. It also helps that our company has a dedicated IT person, Tim Kim, come into our office twice a week to offer IT support as well as being available by phone. Tim is friendly and outgoing as well as knowledgeable and can accommodate any request you may have.

TeamLogicIT has been our IT support provider for a little over a year and a half. We have been very happy with their team's knowledge and response to our technical issues. Their staff are very patient and take the time to explore a user problem and resolve it. Tim Kim has worked with me on numerous problems related to Virus protection and Office 365. His knowledge of both of those applications is extensive.
