Went in today to attempt to get a document notarized. The young man in there was less than helpful, basically dissmissed me. Said the paper I wanted notarized was missing something and walked away after handing me back my original document. I was calling the company that provided the docunent to be notarized to see if something could be sent over, but I couldn't get his attention. He was busy tending to his lunch. I apologize if I disturbed lunch. They older lady is much nicer and pleasant.

Love Terri's.. Been going there for many many years. The only auto tags i have used / trust since i was 16.. Im now 44.. Close,convenient,straight up and fast friendly service💖

There are two women who work at this tag establishment that are probably the rudest, most unfriendly, miserable people I've ever met. I called before going there to ask about the fee for a tag replacement. I was not provided with the information I was requesting. I was told the individual didn't know the answer for my question.Once I arrived I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get to the cashier only to be told they didn't accept debit cards. They were unfriendly and unsympathetic. I left to use the ATM but did not return. I went to another Tag establishment.

This Place Sticks Literally, its smells like ciggeretts...on top of that there customer service is 💩ty..they never want to hear out the customer P.O.V, they cut you off with snobby answers. There just money hungry and not helpful at all....my advice is don't give money to a place that dosen't have Passion for what they do!

When PennDOT did a very good job of screwing me over and suspending my license under false pretenses Debbie did a fantastic job and went out of her way to do everything she possibly could to resolve the situation! Great service they are patient and soft-spoken this is a great place to go when needed!
