Issue with trash service. First women I talked to was very nice and cooperative, she ending up giving me another company to contact. That company referred me back to Beach and company. When I called back to them she put me on hold. Another gentleman picked up after 5 minutes of hold. I asked him “are you aware of why I am calling” his response was : I get hundreds of phone calls a day, what do you want. I told him he was being rude and he said @thank you” when I pressed him about his lack of customer service skills he said said I know you are calling about your trash service, what do you want.I then said well if you knew why I was calling, why didn’t you answer yes to me when I asked.His repose was “what do you want” I will be filing a formal letter with better business bureau and I will joe run for the HOA board in my neighborhood and make it fun to work Witt this gentleman
