This HOA was the property management for Inlet Point Villas Unit 12A while our college students were renting a property from Coastal Condos. Although our contract was with Coastal Condos, the Property Manager John Vincent watched them constantly for any violation of his "rules". Upon infraction of these rules they place hefty fines on Coastal Condo who in turn charges the renters. There was no consideration of a warning or anything. They fined them for excessive trash on their balcony and cigarettes on the mulch - yet they don't smoke cigarettes! This outfit targets young people! Renters Beware!
