Michelle went above and beyond to settle what should have been a simple non-contested divorce but ended up being a year and half battle with an unresponsive opposing counsel and a difficult and abusive defendant. My ex was declared incompetent and her attorney ultimately resigned from defending her. Michelle tried everything to work with my ex when she insisted on representing herself despite the numerous personal attacks she lodged towards Michelle. The judge finally assigned a guardian ad litum and Michelle managed to obtain a fair and equitable settlement much better than I would have expected. I believe any other attorney would have cut bait and run. She did all of this while assuaging my anxiety and not charging nearly as much as she could have. Dedicated and professional.
