Small group with a good reputation in the local work force but they don't offer any paid time off or incentives for working in long term assignment.

It is VERY difficult to find top-tier talent. The hiring process is arduous with valuable time, energy and resources constantly monopolized. On top of that, there’s the cost of keeping a position open for an inordinate amount of time, not to mention the expensive cost of a bad hire. The Clark’s Group understands the pressures this puts on companies and hiring managers. Casey, my preferred recruiter, is highly skilled at understanding my critical needs, locating gifted individuals with the specific attributes I’m seeking, and manages the hiring process from cradle to grave so I can devote more time to running the business.
