Client Review on The Cole Group
Feedback:
Had a few interviews with cole group. first one I was hired. second I was not. Didn't hear from the company for a week and a half until I called them. They said something on my background check came up so they could not move forward. Of, course, since it was MY background they couldn't tell me what they found. Hmmm. ?? The cole group asked questions assuming I did something and the question was how long has it been since I did that something without even asking if I have ever done that something. Yes, the girl taking the interview was very put off and cold and negative toned. Probably interrupted her lunch. Not a professional attitude in any way. Like talking to a recorder. Nothing has changed on my background in more than a decade which means either there is false information listed by cole group lack proper checking or something is false on my background. Why they can't tell me about my own background is a mystery to me.
