Horrible place. I met one of the recruiters by the name of Felicia Brescia back in April. I found her on zip recruiter and sent her my resume. She called and emailed me back the next day all excited to talk with me about a customer service job with an international coffee making company. We set up an interview and I met her the next day. When I met her it felt as though she was disappointed in me and I could tell it. She talked with me a few minutes, told me about the job and said that they are really looking for someone who speaks Spanish and French but that I may have a shot since I have a college degree and they haven’t found anyone as of yet and had the post for a while. I asked her if she would call me to let me know either way and she told me instead to call her in a week and a half (ie do part of her job for her). I called and she was supposedly busy so I left a voicemail. Never got back to me so a few weeks later (I had other interviews I found myself that I went on but they didn’t pan out) I e-mailed her and she e-mailed me right back and told me they found someone and that she would call me if she found anything matching my skills. Total bs. I have been unemployed for a while and she knew that when she called me for the interview. She also made me fill out a form with my personal information (as well as my social security number). I don’t know if it’s this place’s policy to treat potential clients like that or Ms.Brescia is just terrible at her job but something needs to change. A recruiting company should at least be a place where they take responsibility to call/e-mail you to let you know if you have the job or not and definitely should be one where you don’t have to call, wait and then e-mail in order to get a response. I just chalk it up to people not wanting to do their jobs which really frustrates me as someone who actually wants to work. I only gave this place one star because it wouldn’t let me post anything with no stars.
