Our family has used Chris Hedrick at Dickerson & Smith for years now. He is always honest and detailed. Having been in court with him at my side several times for family matters, I cannot imagine anyone else by my side. He is calm, efficient and kept me informed every step of the way. I call him for any legal need, large or small.

Had a phone appointment at 9 never was called then when I finally get threw the receptionist already seems to be irritated, finally talked to tammi, when I say horrible, she doesn’t speak at all also rushes you to talk as if your ruining her day smh wouldn’t recommend to NO ONE!!!

David Dickerson Jr. represented me in a case involvng my neglected adult son who has an intellectual disability. Because of his relentless pursuit of excellence, I now have guardianship of my son. I might add that in my 57 years, I have employed six different attorneys for various reasons. I can say without hesitation or reservation that Mr. Dickerson is the most thorough and prompt of any of them. His attention to detail is above reproach. I owed a debt for a medical procedure. With all my health issues i never got it paid. I made arrangements with this group, in reference to that medical debt. After making a payment of 260 on june 1 they then ran my card again for 50 two weeks later which I did NOT authorize. After talking to them, they returned it and we confirmed july 27 i can do 50 a month until paid in full. I wake up July 1 to ANOTHER 260 was pulled again! Causing my account to go negative and leave me without any money. That amount would have actually paid my debt in full but unfortunately I can't just pay them off because I have enough I pay weekly in appointments and medicine I just don't understand why my info is saved and keeps getting ran without my authorization. Save your self the headache Do NOT give them your bank information they have messed up my bank account 2 times in less then 1 month!

Terrible and most sarcastic group of people I have ever dealt with. They put a hold on my checking account after refusing to make payment arrangements. Leaving me with absolutely nothing to live on. I pleaded with them to work with me but instead I get talked down to and hung up on.
