Very unhappy with the services of Frank Kuhn, CPA. I have never once filed a late tax return when doing them on my own. Frank was out of the country on April 15th and was not able to file my taxes on time. What accountant leaves the country on tax day? I was then charged interest on the taxes I owed due to the late filing. He is very unresponsive and sometimes doesn't get back to me for weeks. He is more than likely overworked or has bad follow up skills. By the time the taxes were finally done, Frank charged me a ridiculous $4,000 for something I could have done on Turbotax.I do not live in San Antonio anymore but even if I did, I would probably just do my taxes on my own or find an accountant that wouldn't rob me.
