I have been living here for three years and the maintenance issues keep rising up every time. For the past two years I’ve been living in the same apartment and there has not been 6 months were my AC hasn’t had a problem. They take more than 2 weeks to solve the issues and they don’t completely finish them. After 2 years they have finally realized that my AC unit was completely broken and needed a new one and tried to more or less fixed the current one so I am able to sleep at night since it’s summer time in Florida. I woke up and the AC completely off and not responding. Early this year I had another maintenance issue regarding my kitchen sink being completely clogged. They took over 3 weeks to come and take a look at it. Keep in mind without a kitchen sink you don’t have the dishwasher either and it is impossible to use the kitchen for three weeks. Please consider other options for apartment living and save yourself the inconvenience.

Apartments are fine but this place has minor problems! Several times, in fact three times in last two months my roommate and I see numerous Police cars driving through community and suspicious men walking through the back and front gates at night. I don't know who they are renting to but clearly there are people living here who are in trouble with the law. Parking can be bad here at night after 11 and many times I have to park down the street. I have not had any issues with management or maintenance as of yet despite what I hear from a few neighbors. Pool, gym and recreational activities are all good here.

Overall a decent place to live comparable to the Grand Oaks! Absolutely no security as the gates are always broken and now they keep the back entrance open up all the time. Maintenance is adequate but definitely not great. With the four major apartment developments being built in the area, don't know if my roommate will stay.

Bad experience with leasing office. They welcoming you at first time but they will changed later. I don’t recommend it at all.

I love living here! I have no complaints and the ones i do see are very nit picky such as cops riding in the neighborhood, about 3-4 cops live here so they're probably just witnessing them driving home lol. The people up front are nice and i've never had to raise my tone with any of them. Overall it's a great place! I would recommend.

Beautiful place to live. Gated Community with a pool. The club house is beautiful with a pool table! And there is a gas grill by the pool for family fun! Nothing but respect people and families who live here and the Management is wonderful. Recommend to all!

Do NOT sign that lease run out the door as fast as you can. Worst service ever since a year ago the haven was sold to a company called matrix. I can't tell you how frustrated I am since then with the rules that they announce nearly every week. staff members been changing for the past 3 years lastly with the manger that left less than a week ago. The newest rule they have which is ridiculous "No card payments after the 3rd". I been paying with card and have never used check or cash to pay my rent. When I called today to ask to pay with a card on their new platform they told me we have a problem on the website and you can pay via check. This is horrible and no one have time for this I can understand to pay with a check if I was renting a house from an owner not a big company such as matrix. Waiting for my lease to end and I will get out gladly.
