Terrible recruitment agency. Unless you bend over backwards for them, which no potential candidate should have to do - it is a team effort between the recruiter and the candidate - they will ghost you immediately. Your calls will go unanswered because they are too cowardly to actually work to help you. They’d rather you jump through hoops to make their job easier so they can place you as fast as possible and get paid, even if it’s not a good fit for the candidate personally, and you tell them this. So basically if you don’t like the first offer they have for you and you ask them if there is anything else available, they will ghost you because any work beyond that first call is just far too much effort for them.

They get a star for their clients. I worked with Michelle Quinn and Robert capizzi. They barely checked in unless I called them. Once I got the temp role with the client, that was the last I heard from capizzi. Also, be wary of some staffer named Lemur or Lemmor. Oh, also be wary because they will lie and lie. I remember asking about other positions and being told oh we can't place you because you're already working for that company. Yet, here comes my replacement and she's also from Intersect. They'll never reply emails sent to them and would rather call you so that they can claim they never said what they said. When dealing with these people, start a paper trail. Its been a week and the email I sent to capizzi and Quinn were not answered.
