DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I stopped their services in October merely because I no longer had an employee and therefore did not require payroll services. They instantly became so rude and took 3-4 emails to get a response. Then I was being audited by my insurance company and I email them requested important documents (only 3 months after stopping services) and they claim they could not give me any records and wanted to CHARGE me $$ to have an IT company come in to pull the reports. They wanted to charge me money for my own documents?? Also, they claim they had been sending me all Employer documents but they were emailing them to my employee...rather than me, as the employer!!! Are you kidding me??? DO NOT USE THEM!!! PS: there is another customer who has the EXACT same complaint as me on Yelp Reviews - so this is not me just being mad and writing a review in revenge. I want to save people the headache that they have caused me and other past customers!!
