The Sunderland Group has taken care of our personal tax returns for the last few years with out any problems. Usually near the beginning of the year, we get an update engagement letter which spells out all the deadlines we need to meet in order to get our tax work done. Its very helpful to know what you need to provide and by when.Since their a smaller firm, I understand they don't have hundreds of people sitting around waiting for my paper work like a H&R Block but, can you trust a firm like that?
