Get my taxes done here and that goes fairly well (nice ladies) and fast (because I pay for the service). However, when you ask for help or have questions on W-2 forms they will not answer your questions. After this tax season for 2018, I have been trying to get help on what I should be claiming for taxes for my husband and I. They advised we weren't taking enough out and they advised they would help if we just sent them our W-2's in an email to they can actually look at it. I understand they take a break after tax season ( a week to be precise) but it's been almost 2 months and I have called at least 6 times, left messages, emails, but to no avail. I keep getting promised that someone will contact me but that has not been the case. I guess they only help you when they actually get paid for it??
