My father’s phone fell of the roof of his car and it was run over multiple times on the road before we were able to retrieve it. His phone was completely shattered. We took his phone to Top of the Mountain Computer Services to see if it could be repaired. Within a few days it was completely repaired at a very reasonable price. Thank you, thank you!!

Went to get a phone speaker replaced and I have to say that they did such a great job and the price was even cheaper than the estimate we were given!! The people are very nice and fun to talk with! All around it was a great experience and I am so happy and thankful for them!!

Sorry to say, had a bad experience with this business. After having a screen replaced on an iPad it didn't work properly. We were told to update operating system. Still didn't work properly. Returned iPad to them to check out. After some time and no call from them I called to check on iPad. Was told at that time the screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. I know we didn't take it up there with a crack, (they just replaced the screen)was told the best he could do was a 15.00 discount on another screen which would then cost 205.00. I went to pick up my iPad and was told by employee they are not responsible for cracked screens. This was an obvious crack, I called to express my disbelief as to the fact that had we handed it to them in this shape I would have been obvious at that time yet was not mentioned or put on the work form...He hung up on me. When I got home and looked at the iPad closer there was a mark where this crack started. I lifted the tempered glass screen saver and in fact The screen WAS NOT CRACKED just the screen saver. Am so glad I took back our iPad. people beware. Take pictures of your items before you hand them in for repair. Will not be returning to this business.

I brought my smashed galaxy 8+ to the shop on wednesday 5.31 at 10am. They ordered the part and had it over nighted from California and had it by 11ish the next day. I dropped my phone off that next morning on Thursday at 10 and they got the part by 11ish and had my phone fixed by 12:30pm!!! It was seriously just over 24 hours from the time i walked into the shop with a broken phone until my phone was like brand new!!!! I would give this place 100☆'s if i could bc thats how amazing they are there! Thank you so much for taking care of me!
