This company discriminates against people aged 40+. How do I know? I experienced it firsthand. The woman while I was being interviewed actually asked me if I thought I was capable of lifting heavy machinery. I looked at her quite strange and decided I was wasting my time. She is no longer working there. I advise anyone to stay away from this company. I have additional proof of positions I have interviewed for that I am keeping for my documentation. Don't waste your time.

Spoke to two recruiters, Lawrence Bianco and Justin Miller, about a position that specifically called for a certain skill set. I repeatedly told them that I did not have that expertise and they told me not to worry about it and that the employer changed their mind about what they were looking for. As soon as I went on the interview, the employer asked if I had that same skill set. I said no, and the interview was over. Truly disappointing. Not only did they waste my time, but the employer's as well. Also, it does not make them look like a dependable company. These two recruiters were simply looking for a buck, not considering anyone else's time but their own.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I had high hopes after a great meeting with a recruiter. That was the last time I heard from him (outside of the form letter he sent asking for a 5 star google review), as he ignored repeated emails and voice messages. Don't waste your time.Original Review posted March, 2019:A friend referred me to TPG, and I am glad he did. From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in good hands. I've never left a recruiter feeling so positive and confident about the future. Joey Kyvik specializes in recruitment in my field, and it shows. I didn't feel as if this was just thrown together, but more like a partnership.

My experience with Top Prospect Group has been amazing.....Aurrey by far is the best I have ever met at an agency when it comes to communicating with me, Always keeping in touch even though there is no jobs in, Always so professional and respectful and in mt opinion he should be the face of Top Prospect Group. Aurrey is down to earth and i never felt like he was making me jump threw loops for jobs. I liked that he was up front and to the point and no beating around the bush and that's why I consider him a friend as well..thank you..Albert Jackson

I have been working with Aurey Kaufman and I have to say that he is nothing short of outstanding!!! Aurey clearly is dedicated and works tirelessly to ensure the candidates and clients are an outstanding match. I met Aurey for an introduction some time in 2015. After that he called me in for a position but that did not pan out. Later, in 2017 he got in touch with me for another position and that did look like a good fit for me. I eventually got the job, and during the interview process and later, during negotiations, Aurey was a big help. I have never felt more supported than when I was working with him to get my current job. Even after I accepted the offer and joined the new company, Aurey kept in touch for well over six months to make sure I was happy in the new position.
