Our medical practice accounting/bookkeeping firm gave us one week notice that they would not have the personnel to service our practice. Though his firm was exceedingly busy, he listened to our issues, understood our dire need for continuity of care and made sure that he and his staff were available and paid utmost attention to our account. I could not have asked for more. Now, the staff of SMD, including Leslie and Larry have set up systems to help us remain financially solid in the present and to plan into the future.
