It can be extremely tough working with certain recruiters. Most don't know enough about engineering to really help you find relevant work. TRIAD, however, takes the cake on this one. TRIAD was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the job market and all things engineering. I would highly recommend working with them if you are seeking an engineering job in the MA (New England) area. They are very efficient at placing you in a position relevant to your work experience, while also focused on moving you up in your career. I had an excellent experience with TRIAD. They worked with me to find a full-time position that proved to be a perfect fit for my skill set and personality. I have worked a few contract positions in the past that did not hire full-time afterwards and I never heard from other contract agencies after a contract was completed. TRIAD worked with me to assess my skills and find a great position at a great company with excellent compensation. They really went the extra mile for me.
