Great employment opportunities, they offer transportation to and from job sites, yeah you have to wait to be paid the following week but they always have work. Triad is definitely a cut above the rest!

Update: Even with my previous experience, I spent 2 weeks without steady work, and my have been living paycheck to paycheck since early June. I recently had an issue with another temp at a job that I really enjoy, and my speaking in code did not register with Bob. The issue has not been resolved (or considered at all) to my satisfaction and I feel unsafe working that job & shift and am adjusting my sleep schedule so I can do the 5am shift until corporate responds to my inquiry/complaint.While Jennifer is generally unhelpful unless you ask her Very Specific questions, Bob is an absolute marvel with sensing a first-timers next question and has been a super helpful with navigating this fast-paced and predatory staffing agency. The pay rates are generally terrible, about 15-20% less than what is listed on the companies websites, but They Will Put You To Work every day at 5am Monday through Friday if you show up and are patient. They offer afternoon (2nd shift; 1pm) and overnight (3rd shift; 9pm) general labor pools, but after trying my luck with them for a couple of days, I stayed up to make the 5am labor pool and was immediately offered a choice of available positions. I was informed by Phillip(sp?) that it is possible to request to be considered for the shifts that are drawn up on the dry erase board, but that resumes & prerequisites are required for those positions.I am generally dissatisfied with the pay rates & lack of communication between client (company), agency, and contractor (me), but overall am appreciative that they are so well organized that they can provide a reliable schedule for someone to come in and find work, sometimes same day.Shout out to Phillip, you're an impressive person, and I appreciate you. And to Bob, your honesty and social skills make you a valuable asset to Triad and people like me.

Don't waste your time going here the jobs are difficult to work at and if you keep bounding job to job they eventually won't even help you and will just play mind games

This is a great place to go if you need a factory style job. Most jobs are temp to hire. They do offer transportation to the job sites.
