I have personally used Trinity Tax Services for over 8 years. They always have a ton of customers in their office saying the same thing. They have helped me through so much and I couldn't not appreciate them more than I already do. I highly recommend their services.

BEWARE!! Worse tax service ever!! My niece went here actually looking for another office bc she isn't from Newnan, they told here they knew the ppl she was looking for & wouldn't give her directions convinced her to let them look over her paperwork after deciding she wanted to go back where she originally was going they made her pay $25 to get her paperwork back but never mention it at 1st. I was totally applaud by their services. DONOT GO HERE!!

I used them this year and I have not received my state taxes. I have call all day long and no one has answered the phone. It has been months and I have no information about where my state taxes are.

Worst tax service people ever. It's been a month since I used their services. I still haven't received my Federal income taxes back. When I call they have no answer for me. They're clueless. My state came back and they promptly called me to tell me they were taking their fees out of my state income tax but couldn't answer simple questions. I will NEVER use them again. Ever!
