Paid a deposit in April to have our porch screened. It's now middle of June and no screened porch. Everytime we call we are told someone will call back and they never do. Finally after five phone calls I get someone who promised an install date and she would call back but she didn't. We asked to cancel the order and get our money back. That took two weeks and four phone calls as well. Finally we just showed up at the office and got a refund check. Im not sure what kind of product they install but their customer service is terrible.
