Overall Feedback:

Zero Stars - Absolutely the worst CPA I've seen. Doesn't want to accept the misunderstanding, didn't check info. with me but assumed and prepared incorrectly. When I asked him to correct it he needs more money.. I paid but didn't file it with him... I walked to another friendly CPA. Please stay away. You WILL pay more taxes that what you would rightly have to pay.
