Awful. A lot of housing issues, maintenace does half @@@ work.The leasing office is a joke, they don’t even abide by their own leasing agreements that residents sign. They overprice all of their houses for rent. It’s awful. Live off base and save yourself the hassle. The base itself is nice but Balfour Beatty does NOT care about the military families.
