I don’t have enough words to describe how horrible Balfour Beatty is. From charging you on two coin sized pieces of dry trash in your recycling bin upon move out to trying to charge you for rust on blinds that have been there for probably years, to always being difficult and feeling like you’re pulling teeth to finally, charging you above he average rent for not much house. You’d have to have a large family for living on base to be semi worth it. Long story short... they suck. Find somewhere off of base. (Ps. I’m a clean FREAK! and what I did wasn’t good enough)
