This Bank treats you like family. I switched all my accounts from a "local bank", accounts that I had for 22 years. Umpqua has better rates and is more accommodating. Imagine walking into a bank you have never dealt with and the commercial loan rates are 1/2% better than the "local bank".. Imagine that bank working with you, when the "local bank" will not, on a simple no risk deal.When the "local bank" offers to match..shame on them, they should have been looking out for me and their customers all along.Umpqua cares about its customers. I will take the strange name with better rates and service over nostalgia.
