Overall Feedback:

Union TWP is one of the worst places to deal with when trying to get permits! As a licensed contractor I have never dealt with such a missed organized, very slow company. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a zoning and building permit now and there is no reason for it especially when the property is on 7 acres!!!! They wonder why Mount Pleasant is going down hill and from the rumors in town nobody wants to build in Union TWP and something needs to change!!
