I hardly ever leave negative reviews, but this place (Henderson location) has been nothing but a headache. We chose this place because of the positive reviews. We filed our annual tax with them last year with Jason - no problem. We filed with them this year in March. Jason, who did our taxes again, said he'll have them done in a week. We didn't hear anything from them for 4 weeks. When my husband finally called, they said our taxes were ready for us to sign (note: they didn't call us. We had to call them). We signed right away. 4-6 weeks later, we get a letter from the IRS saying there was an error in our filing. I contacted the firm right away and was told Jason will get back to us within 2-3 days. The letter stated that it was time sensitive and they needed a response within 12 days so I told the firm that 2-3 days response time was not acceptable. The receptionist said she'll make it urgent and then I later got a call saying to email the letter, which I did right away. Then I did not get a response for another few days and I had to call AGAIN to get an update. I was told the error was on the IRS part and the firm responded and took care of it. It has now been over 4 weeks since that last call. No check. No phone calls. No emails. I called the firm a week ago to get an update. No response. I called again today and just got voicemail (and it wasn't their lunch hour). This is the WORST tax service we have ever encountered. We filed 4 months ago and this is completely unacceptable.
